Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip:

-1 can rotel

-8 oz tofutti cream cheese

-1 pack of frozen spinach (thawed n drained)

-1 can artichoke hearts quartered)

-2 small celery stalks chopped

-1/2 small onion diced

-1/2 cup diced mushrooms

-1 diced jalapeno

-1 stick vegan butter

-2 tbsp veganaise

-salt

-pepper

-lemon pepper

-garlic powder

-lime juice to taste
